Parental Control
At Bright House Networks, we're committed to giving you control over the programming your family watchs on TV. With Bright House Networks you can access Parental Control features which can:
Restrict viewing of certain channels
Defer viewing of programs with certain ratings
Block viewing of programs during certain time periods
|
|
Setting up Parental Control is easy. Using your remote control and the on-screen guide, perform these steps:
- Specify which channels, ratings, and times you want to block.
- Activate Parental Control and enter your blocking PIN (the default PIN is 0000). If you do not activate parental control, all channels, ratings, and times are available to all household members.
- When you tune to a channel or program that has been blocked by Parental Control, a screen appears informing the viewer that the channel or program is blocked. Only those household members who know the blocking PIN can bypass this screen and view blocked channels or programs.
