We're constantly working to make Digital Phone even better. Our latest innovation is Caller ID On TV.  Subscribers of both Digital Phone and Digital Cable can use their TV as a Caller ID display. See who is calling now or who the last 10 callers were. 

This feature has automatically been added to Digital Phone and Digital Cable customers' service at no additional charge. The Caller ID On TV display will appear in the top left hand corner appear on every TV in your house with a digital converter.

To turn off this feature simply press the on your remote

and select Caller ID and then press to turn Call Alert OFF.

CONTROLLING YOUR CALLER ID ON TV:

To turn Caller ID On TV off

               1.  Press  on your remote control

               2.  Select "Caller ID" and scroll down to "Call Alert ON".

               3.  Press  on your remote control and "Call Alert OFF" will appear with a check mark.

To turn Caller ID On TV on:

               1.  Press   on your remote control.

               2.  Select "Caller ID." The display will read "Call Alert OFF"

               3.  Press   on your remote control and "Call Alert ON" will appear with a check mark.

To see who the last 10 callers were:

                1.  Press  on your remote control

                2.  Select "Caller ID."  The display will read "Received Calls".

                3.  Press   on you remote control to view your last 10 calls received.
